GATHER Industrie’s magnetic drive gear pumps are made from stainless steel, Hastelloy or titanium and may be used as dosing, process or laboratory service pumps. The hermetically sealed gear pump conveys and meters in a non-pulsating manner even no-lubricating liquids such as water, salt solutions, solvents, acids and caustic solutions. As a low-maintenance process pump, they can be optimally integrated into existing systems; when used for metering or dosing service they enable highly precise and reproducible flow rates. Based on the magnetic coupling and making use of the latest materials GATHER Industrie continuously advances the pumps originally intended design for laboratory service to optimum acid or caustic pumps used in pilot facilities (miniplant) and for process technology applications. It goes without saying that the pumps meet the requirement of the Pressure Vessel Code and are ATEX compliant for use in hazardous areas.
The pipe and hose quick-disconnect couplings furnished by GATHER and Hanson are the first choice when reliable and safe connections are needed. Our scope of supply includes cost-effective plug-in couplings; for example, our well established product series featuring double, single and non-shut off couplings (the proven Hanson couplings). Moreover, we offer the robust DBG series encompassing flat-face quick-disconnect couplings, flat-face sterile couplings and flat-face tank couplings (also known as dry-break or clean-break couplings!). For all our couplings, a broad selection of different materials and threaded connections are available; however, threaded adapters, flanges and special connectors are available. Dry-break couplings insure that no medium is spilled during connection/disconnection. Products supplied by GATHER Industrie provide long years of reliable service.
Filters furnished by GATHER Industrie are universally applicable even under difficult operating conditions. The filters of stainless steel or Hastelloy can be used at temperatures of up to +350°C and system pressures of up to 300 bar. The design of the filters supplied by GATHER Industrie certainly allows the handling of aggressive media. The filters are provided with pleated elements allowing for a compact built yet allowing for a large filtering surface area.
GATHER Industrie offers suitable overflow or non-return valves (check valves) for all liquids, gases and vapors. The novel, axial-flow overflow valve may be adjusted from the outside, has a control range of 1:35 and an actuating pressure steplessly variable between 1 and 5 bar or 5 and 15 bar. Using such a precisely operating overflow valve enables metering processes to be optimized and plant units to be safeguarded. The simple, inexpensive non-return valve of stainless steel is operating at an actuating pressure of 1.0 bar.
